CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS

STUDIO ORDERS / DELIVERY

All products ordered from the studio(s) will be taken/collected on the day of the studio appointment and any additional products which cannot be taken on the day will be dispatched to UK postal addresses, or emailed where agreed by Flawless Photography Studios Ltd where they are not arranged to be collected from the studio.

Client request(s) for shipping of product(s); Flawless Photography Studios Ltd takes no responsibility for the delivery service and the condition of the product(s) on arrival. This method will also incur a delivery charge.

If goods are not collected within 6 months of the order date then Flawless Photography Studios reserve the right to remove the product(s) from site and into storage where a storage fee may be charged. Notice will then be required for the goods to be returned to your studio location.

We will always do our best to work to your deadline and will endeavour to deliver your products ordered within 28 days of your studio visit. At some busy periods this may not be possible, but we will inform you of this. The delivery time is an estimate only and Flawless Photography Studios shall not be liable for any late delivery or any consequential loss or damage caused as a result.

STUDIO ORDERS – RETURNS POLICY

Once the products have been purchased, checked, collected, taken and signed for at any of our studios, no returns will be accepted nor will Flawless Photography Studios Ltd generate any refunds.

Due to the nature of many of our products being of ‘digital media’ once the goods have been taken and purchased from the studios then withdrawal from the order is not possible. For Data protection we would only converse with the client who has signed for the order placed.

All products are checked and the Product Satisfaction form completed prior to the goods being given. However if the products are reported as being defective/faulty then Flawless Photography Studios Ltd reserve the right to check the product and if deemed faulty then to send a replacement item. If an order is not placed on the day all images are deleted due to limited storage capacity.

Flawless Photography Studios Ltd will not be deemed responsible for products, which do not operate in any device, which is not compatible for the product purchased. All free prints taken on the day will be deemed as accepted once they have been taken on the day of customer appointments.

We produce photographic prints as accurately as possible. We are a fashion photographers and a lot of the images include tight cropping. Please ensure you have selected and check you have the correct chosen images before you leave the studio. For your own personal home printing from the CD purchased with Flawless Studios, print colours may differ from what you see from your CD image, due to different user/pc settings and monitors. Flawless studios cannot be held responsible for any colour differences or sizing issues where settings are different from studio equipment.

Re-shoot policy – In the instance you are unhappy with the images you’ve purchased you must put this in writing within seven days of your visit. The decision of a re-shoot is at the discretion of Flawless Photography Studios. Where a re-shoot is agreed then we will invite the client back within 2 months of the original photoshoot. We will only offer a re-shoot where we believe it is necessary to resolve the issue. We will not offer a re-shoot for simply extra images or unrealistic personal views about how people should appear. No additional images from the original shoot will be included, as these will be deleted.

STUDIO APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS

We are happy to re-arrange your appointment, on one occasion free of charge providing we are given at least 7 days notice on your request. If the booked makeover & photoshoot experience is cancelled within seven days of your appointment then your original deposit will be retained by Flawless Photography Studios Ltd.

A new fully refundable deposit is required for the new appointment booking. If you fail to attend your appointment on the day then Flawless Photography Studios will retain your original deposit or will reserve the right to cancel the voucher in the event of non attendance on the scheduled date.

Your deposit is non refundable if you or any participants do not complete the entire session; makeup, hairstyling, photography and viewing session unless agreed by Flawless Photography Studios Ltd.

VOUCHER REFUNDS

Flawless Photography Studios operate a fourteen day refund policy from the date of purchase on all Telemarketing vouchers. All vouchers are produced by E Voucher, which are sent to the email address given at the time of purchase. However we do offer an alternative if you require a hard copy be posted out by request. To cancel your voucher(s) you must email customerservices@flawlessmakeovers.co.uk within the allocated fourteen days.

Please ensure your name, full address and booking reference is on the correspondence. Upon receipt we will issue you a full refund. Exhibition sales are non-refundable.

Refunds will take approximately 7-14 working days to process, upon receiving your correspondence, via cheque. Don’t forget, we can always extend the voucher for you or you also have the option to give it away as a gift.

If your voucher has been purchased through a third party (eg. Wowcher, Groupon, Living Social etc) please contact them directly to arrange for your refund. Please refer to their Terms & Conditions on their website.
