BOOKINGS

In booking your appointment or purchasing a promotion you agree to the terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change or update our terms and conditions at any time.

A booking is considered ‘confirmed’ after receiving payment in full.

VOUCHERS / WELCOME PACKS

Once purchased, over the telephone or with flawless website & Social Media promotions your information is inputted into our CRM system and your gift experience vouchers will be sent by E Voucher to the email address given to us at the time of purchase.

OR

In the event of no email address by Standard Royal Mail post. Products will only be sent to UK mainland destinations using standard specified mail services unless otherwise agreed directly with Flawless Photography Studios Ltd.

If you have not received your E Voucher within 48 hours of purchasing please email info@flawlessmakeovers.co.uk so we can confirm we have the correct e-mail address. You will still be able to book your appointment without receipt of the vouchers.

Exhibition Promotions – You will receive the Voucher / Welcome Pack on the day. This is non refundable.

Online third party / Groupon / Wowcher etc. – You will be able to print your voucher directly via the third party / Groupon / Wowcher offer or if you prefer you can request a Welcome/Gift E Pack that includes additional information (Checklist, Map Link, Letter, E-Voucher) by sending an email to customerservices@flawlessmakeovers.co.uk stating your voucher code, name, full address and your preferred studio location.

GIFT VOUCHER(S)

Flawless Photography Vouchers

Flawless Photography Studios Vouchers have an expiry date of 3 months from the date of purchase, unless purchased as a gift or stated otherwise on the vouchers. Please email info@flawlessmakeovers.co.uk should you have special circumstances and wish to request an extension of your vouchers. All requests for an extension will be at the discretion of Flawless Photography Studios.

Online third party vouchers ie Groupon, Wowcher etc, please note these can differ, please check online with them direct.

Change is not given on purchases that cost less than the value of the Voucher presented.

All promotional Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash in part or whole.
You may give the voucher(s) to another person over 18 years of age should you decide you are unable to attend. Please email and inform bookings on info@flawlessmakeovers.co.uk so we can update our system with the new details/name.

Flawless Photography Studios Vouchers can only be exchanged for photographic products at Flawless Photography Studios and relating to images created by Flawless Photography Studios.

Only one promotional offer may be used at a time. You may not use promotions or vouchers in conjunction with any other promotions or vouchers.

Special offers are only available once in every 12 month period. Flawless Photography Studios reserve the right to refuse where it is found that any customer has used the special promotional offers on more than one occasion during a 12-month period.

You are able to use the makeover and photo-shoot experience in any one of our three studios (Manchester, Middlesbrough and Leeds).

APPOINTMENTS

We make every effort to book you a date and time of your convenience, however appointment and times are given on a first come first served basis and bookings are usually 3-4 weeks in advance, please allow up to 6 weeks for weekend and premium appointments. Please note studio times and dates can be subject to change, we would contact you direct with any alterations to your appointment times.

DEPOSITS

PREMIUM / WEEKEND APPOINTMENTS / REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS

Each appointment is subject to a fully refundable booking deposit of £10 per person (Monday-Friday) or £25 per person (weekends), which is taken at the time of booking to guarantee your appointment date and time. This is a premium booking appointment and a sign of good faith that you intend to keep any appointment(s) you make with Flawless Photography Studios Ltd.

We allocate between 3-4 hours of studio time with some of the most talented creative staff in the industry to create beautiful photos for everyday people at affordable prices. As you can imagine they are extremely busy professionals so we organize their schedule in advance based on the appointments in our diary.

Your refundable booking deposit can be used as part payment towards any additional images or packages purchased at your viewing session in the studio.

If you decide not to purchase any images and a refundable deposit has been paid, providing you meet our terms and conditions then please request the refund by emailing our Refunds department: refunds@flawlessmakeovers.co.uk who will process and refund your deposit back onto the card the deposit was paid on.

Refunds are normally processed and refunded within 7 days of your appointment date however please allow up to 28 days from the date of your appointment for your refund to be refunded.

GROUPS OF THREE OR MORE PEOPLE

Each deposit is charged per person so any customer not attending from the group will forfit their individual deposit paid.

Cancellations of your appointment less than seven days before your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. If you cancel seven days or more before your scheduled appointment your deposit can be transferred to an alternative appointment date.

Failure to attend your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit and possible cancellation of your vouchers.

We do not cater for groups of more than four people, a much longer time is required for more than 4 people, please contact the bookings department to discuss this further.

Please note refundable deposits cannot be processed and refunded on the day of your appointment as refunds are processed by Flawless Head Office not the studios.

STUDIO RULES

All appointments are subject to the following:

Clients must be 18 or over – a parent or legal guardian must accompany under 18s or they are unable to view their images on the day.

Please bring 2 forms of ID, one being photographic.

Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment. Management has the right to terminate or shorten an appointment if you: are late for your appointment, Our staff are mistreated in any way or clients’ behaviour compromises or interferes with the experience of other clients. We will not accept any abuse/foul language at our staff or other customers.

Management reserves the right to withdraw our service for any unconfirmed appointments.

We do not offer child care facilities, please ensure all children are supervised at all times.

All promotions that include a free image are for the stated image choice (i.e. individual or together image) and cannot be changed or exchanged.

Clients are under no obligation to purchase any photographs/images on the day of your photo-shoot.

We do not offer/supply food within the studios, however all studios are located within close proximity to city centre’s where it may be purchased.

ALCOHOL POLICY

We reserve the right to refuse additional glasses of wine It is strictly prohibited to attend with your own alcohol. We reserve the right to cancel your appointment if we feel you are under the influence of excessive alcohol on arrival at the premises, and your deposit will not be refunded. Proof of ID is required, and alcohol will not be served to Under 18s.

HEALTH AND HYGIENE

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

  • You don’t arrive with clean hair
  • Evidence of headlice
  • Visible signs of any contagious skin conditions on the face
  • Client’s presentation or hygiene may compromise the experience for other clients

We reserve the right to refuse service and reschedule the client if found otherwise.

Please inform on arrival if you have any form of allergy, this must be known before the start of the session and noted on the consultation form.

If the client wishes to use her own make-up this is permitted.

We use fragrance free and hypoallergenic products; however our products may contain Lanolin, and Flawless will not be held responsible if a customer has an allergic reaction to any products.

PERSONAL PHOTOGRAPHY / FILMING

For copyright purposes no personal photographs or filming is permitted at any of the Flawless studios, the use of digital camera, camera phones, and video recorders or any photographic, video /capture device is strictly prohibited. Clients found in violation of our copyright terms will be requested to leave the premises immediately; no refund will be issued and may be subject to prosecution.

Each client must be aware that the photo-shoot involves flash photography.

We take a selection of both together & individual photograph images.

We reserve the right to use your pictures for promotional use on our website in the studio or on other sites. Please let us know on your appointment day if you do not authorize Flawless to use your images.

STUDIO PURCHASE ORDERS

All orders are tailored to each client’s own personal requests. Please ensure you are entirely happy with your order before you leave the studio as due to the special nature of our work once an order has been confirmed, signed and accepted there is no right to reduce, alter or cancel it in any way.

No orders can be cancelled once the goods have been taken from the studio premises. This is due to the products being on digital media and bespoke which can be copied to other devices and social media.

We provide retouching with selected packages. All retouching requests must be made during your viewing and full details written on your order form. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure your complete satisfaction of retouched images, this is a service and separates from your order made on the day. We Endeavour to retouch all image requests to client satisfaction, but in some instances where this is not possible we will inform you of
this, additional retouching is always at our discretion and always in line with the Flawless Studios House Style and ethos.

This does not affect the order once placed and cannot be cancelled.

A person who is not party to the studio order contract has no rights under the contracts Act 1999 to enforce a term of the order contract.

Copyright for all images remains with Flawless Photography Studios and must not be reproduced in any form without our permission. However if you purchase any images in Digital Format, you will be provided with a copyright certificate granting permission to reproduce images as you wish.

All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

A non-refundable deposit is required when placing any studio order.

Failure to complete your viewing session in the studio will result in rendering your refundable deposit void.

GENERAL

By booking an appointment with us, you are subject to these Full Terms and Conditions.

If your experience was purchased from a third party company additional Terms and Conditions may apply (please refer to their Ts & Cs)

Please read through our terms and conditions carefully as refunds will only be processed providing all of our above terms and conditions are met. Unfortunately we do not offer any exceptions.
