Q. How can I book in for my makeover and photoshoot?
A. You can ring any of the following numbers to book into any of our 3 Studios – Don’t delay as we are an extremely busy studio and premium appointments go really fast – so don’t delay call today!

Q. How do I know my website order has been received?
A. Orders placed on the Flawless website will receive an automated response from PayPal. You can follow this through by email email@example.com
We will send you an E-voucher within 72 hours.
Q. Is the studio open on the weekend?
A. Yes, Saturday and Sunday in Manchester & Leeds, Middlesbrough Studio can vary. Please click here for studio opening times or phone our Bookings Department and they will advise on 0844 874 5000.
Q. Is it safe to pay over the internet?
A. Yes, we adhere to strict rules and regulations and as a Company are PCI Compliant, and our website is licensed and protected by regular security assessments. We are SSI Secure encryption with all traffic that visits our website.
As we use the PayPal system (used by amongst others eBay) you have no worries about security, however if you would rather make payment by telephone please call 0844 874 5000, or in person in the studio you are very welcome to do so. Q. Why do I need to pay a deposit?
A. We require a deposit to book your makeup artist, hair stylist and photographer in advance. We are very busy and need to be sure you will be there for your 4 hour slot.

Q. How long will my voucher take to arrive?
A. Your Flawless Makeover & Photography experience voucher is sent as an E Voucher which is emailed to you within 48 hours of purchase. Please note you can book your Flawless appointment in any of our 3 city centre studios, prior to receiving your E Voucher on our Bookings Line: 0844 874 5000.
If you have not received your e-voucher after 48 hours please email: email@example.com.
Q. What should I do if I wake up on the morning of my makeover and photography day with a big spot on the end of my nose and feel fat?
A. No need to worry. Due to our state of the art technology, we have your own personal team of re-touchers, who will digitally enhance & air brush your images. We can smooth skin, enhance or erase Tattoos, erase spots, scars, fine lines, double chins and if requested even shed a couple of extra pounds. We also include our own exclusive Flawless special effects on your images to create your collection. Amazing! On arrival you will complete a Consultation form to specify your individual requirements.

Q. Can I give a makeover and photography voucher as a gift?
A. Yes, they make a truly memorable gift and these can be purchased on our website or Call our Promotions Team on 0844 874 5000 (local rate call). A welcome pack is sent out to you by post which includes a letter, map, checklist and a luxury gift card.
Q. Can I Pre-Pay towards additional images before the Makeover & Photoshoot Appointment?
A. Yes, you can, either for YOU or as a Gift.
You set the amount you want to pay and we will send these to you as a Gift voucher. The recipient or you will simply bring the vouchers into the studio on the day of the appointment, and these can be redeemed against further images purchased. Any demonisation can be purchased for the Gift vouchers from £10, £50 or £150 – it’s your choice! Please email your requirements to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Q. Can you handle group bookings?
A. Yes, but due to the operational running of the studios we only allow a maximum of 4 adults to arrive at the same time for their appointment times. This ensures you each receive a high level of service, but please be aware you might be with us longer than 3-4 hours allocated for two people.
Do not forget – A fully refundable deposit is required per person to secure your appointment. We also offer a Bespoke Service for larger groups, if you wish to hire the studio out for the day for special Events such as Hen Party, Birthdays. Q. What do I need to bring for my Flawless Experience?

Q. How long does a full makeover, photography and viewing session normally take?
A. We recommend that you allow three to four hours in total for a Flawless Experience for two. For 3-4 people please allow more time, you may have an opportunity to have a light-bite/ break whilst we process your digital images for your private viewing.
Q. I have some ideas for my photoshoot. Can I recreate them?
A. Of course you can! Our team of photographers welcome any creativity and ideas you may have.
Q. Will somebody show me what to do?
A. Our photographers will choreograph your poses to match your personal style. However, any preferences or ideas are welcome.
Q. How long will my experience take?
A. Please allow up to 4 hours for your experience.
Q. Who do you photograph?
A. Anyone and everyone! We shoot Families, friends, Mum and Daughter(s), Babies, Mums to be, Models, Dancers, Men, Proms, Boudoir, Brides, casting agencies and bands, as well as graduation days. However, alas – no pets.
Q. Do men go through a similar process?
Yes, it is quite similar we will go through a consultation process to find out your requirements. You may just want your hair styling, you can include nails if required, and make-up might just be a hint of a gentle dusting of powder, to take the shine of your face, or concealer to hide the shadows – whatever you require we will discuss with you! Q. Do you cut hair as part of the makeover process?
A. No, we do not offer that service, we do not wash, cut or colour hair. We will create a dry style hair that is individual to you to create that individual look. Whilst we do not bond or weave hair extensions you may bring your own clip-in extensions or you may wish to take advantage of our small selection of hair pieces. Please ensure your hair is freshly washed and dried.
Q. Do I get a discount if I don’t really want a makeover or a makeover and no photography?
A. All our packages are only sold as complete packages makeover and photography. We do not offer just a makeup Service, and if you do not complete your full makeover & photoshoot experience, including viewing of your images on the same day, your deposit will not be refunded.
Q. Do you offer nude photography?
A. Yes, we offer fully nude for male & female but please note this is a private & bespoke experience to you rather than an individual photo shoot. This would include a minimum package size of 8 digital images which will need to be pre-paid please email email@example.com to discuss your specific requirements & budgets.
Q. What is included in the price of the makeover /photoshoot experience day?
A. Our Makeover and photo shoot days include – Welcome drink, Unlimited Refreshments, Mini Manicure, Makeover and Style Consultation, Hair Styling, Fashion Photo-shoot, Express facial, Same Day Viewing, Free Image (Dependant on Package)
Q. Who owns the copyright on the images that are taken?
A. When you place an order on CD/USB you will automatically own the copyright which is great ! You are able to print, copy, publish or duplicate as many times as you prefer, and up to a maximum size of 24 x 30.
Q. How much do Flawless images cost?
A. You are able to purchase individual prints or digital images on the same day of your viewing and prices start from only £89. We have various packages available at discounted prices in order for you to create your collection of a variety of images, including CDs, USBs, Prints, Mounts, Canvas Prints that dramatically reduce the cost per image. Price lists are on display in all studios and as we are a Retail studio, the majority of goods can be taken home with you on the same day, should you wish to purchase additional images.
We accept major credit & debit cards, cash, and why not take advantage of our 0% interest free credit option – Buy Now – pay later – This enables you to spread payments to suit your budget.

- Please Bring a method of payment with you as we delete all images on the delay due to storage capacity and we don’t want you to be disappointed.
Q. How long does it take to get my images?
A. All Prints, CDs, USBs and Mount Box orders can be taken home on the day of your visit. Canvas orders are ready for collection/delivery within 21 days of purchase. If additional retouching is required you will receive the original image on the day, and an additional copy will be sent to you by email or post once the editing has been completed.
Q. How long will Flawless keep my images on file?
A. Once an order has been placed the images are kept on file for 3 months, should you wish to make additional purchases. Unfortunately, we delete all images on the day if no purchase has been made due to digital capacity storage.

Q. Is there a delivery charge?
A. A free collection service is available in each studio, any deliveries are charged at cost (please see Studio Price List)
Q. How long will my viewing session take?
A. Your viewing session will last 4-5 minutes. You are able to view your photographs on the same day.
Q. Can I buy extra photographs?
A. Yes, we do many different products CDs, Albums, Canvas, prints, USBs, mount boxes.
Q. Can I spread the cost?
A. We offer interest free credit where payments can be spread over six monthly instalments after an initial deposit on the day.
Q. What methods of payment are accepted?
A. The following payments are accepted: Debit Card, Credit Card and Paypal.
Q. Do I have to buy more photographs?
A. You don’t have to purchase more photographs. You will receive one free print.
Q. Have you got a Lost & Found Policy?
A. If for any reason you leave any belongings at any of our 3 studios please contact us immediately and we will check to see if the items have been handed in. We will hold the items for up to 4 weeks from your studio visit and these must be collected by the customer from the studio. Flawless is not liable for any possessions left on the premises and unfortunately is not able to post any items to the customer – strictly collection only. Please note after 4 weeks we will dispose of any items and donate to a local charity store.
